Francisco Zamarripa is a seasoned real estate management professional currently serving as the Regional Manager for Northern California at Wood Partners since May 2023. Prior roles include Regional Portfolio Manager at Sequoia from July 2021 to April 2023 and FPI Management from November 2019 to July 2021. Notable experience also includes positions at Equity Residential where responsibilities ranged from Regional Manager to Community Manager, and at Essex Property Trust as Property Manager. Francisco began their career at Prometheus Real Estate Group as Assistant General Property Manager, and has held management roles in logistics at Sears Holdings Corporation and Office Interiors. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies from San Jose State University and an Associate of Science degree from De Anza College.
