Chandler Wilson is the founder of bridge_ci, a machine intelligence company. Prior to founding bridge_ci, Chandler was the Global Head of Data Science Innovation at HSBC. In this role, Chandler spearheaded HSBC's first open-source intelligence (OSINT), alternative data, and machine intelligence eco-system used by 200+ data scientists and on 200+ projects, making it the largest corporate program in the world.

Under Chandler's leadership, the HSBC Data Science Innovation team automated petabytes of unstructured data analysis with natural language generation and sped up research by 2111x, creating 9.6 years of intellectual value in a day (equal to $316m a year per analyst). Chandler also cultivated relations with top-tier institutions, venture capital firms, and A.I. start-up CEOs, enabling investment opportunities and technology access years before the general market. Additionally, Chandler created automated sourcing engines using alternative data and AI to find underwriting opportunities for commercial banking and strategic programs such as Belt and Road.

Chandler has also advised senior management on strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, ESG, political & economic risk, corporate strategy, market diligence, financial analysis, and prospective investments. Chandler has provided technical diligence for HSBC ventures and Group innovation, and has been selected for HSBC's quantum computing and machine learning group level working groups. Additionally, Chandler has lead advanced analytics efforts to model risk, surface opportunities, and forecast economic scenarios, as well as cross-functional projects that involve business strategists, data scientists, and engineers.

Chandler T. Wilson has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with a focus in finance, venture capital, and economics. Chandler also holds a master's degree from the University of Kent.
