Michael Gambino is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at BrickTop's Restaurant since January 2018, Michael previously held the same role at Doc B's Fresh Kitchen for a brief period in 2017. Michael's tenure at Seasons 52 Restaurant spans from 2007 to 2017, where responsibilities included positions such as Managing Partner and Service Manager. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University between 2005 and 2009.
