Allison Dulmage is an experienced web designer currently working at Brickspace Lab since February 2019. Prior to this role, Allison served as a Customer Support Guru at Shopify from October 2017 to February 2019, providing support via email, live chat, and phone, along with business coaching for ecommerce store owners. Earlier experience includes working as a Fulfillment Coordinator and Customer Support representative at inkbox from July 2017 to October 2017, where responsibilities involved fulfilling ecommerce orders and creating tattoo inventory. From May 2013 to April 2017, Allison was a barista at SanRemo Bakery. Educational background includes a Techdegree in UX Design from Team Treehouse (2019-2020) and a diploma in Comedy Writing and Performance from Humber College (2011-2013).
