Jeff Seapan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end food service management. Currently serving as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at Briar Ridge Country Club since 2020, Jeff previously held the position of Executive Chef at Midlothian Country Club from July 2018 to 2020 and at Briar Ridge Country Club from May 2017 to July 2018. Jeff's long tenure as Executive Chef at Olympia Fields Country Club spanned from November 1991 to January 2017. Jeff also contributed to the Chicago Club Chef Association as a Board Member from January 2008 to January 2011. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Washburne Culinary School, complemented by further studies at The Culinary Institute of America.
