Matthew Findlay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Delivery Outcomes Manager at Brian Perry Civil, Matthew focuses on client-oriented delivery improvements and integrating sustainability and digital transformation into infrastructure solutions. As Vice Chair of the Auckland Branch of Civil Contractors New Zealand and a member of the WaterNZ Climate Change Committee, Matthew actively engages in community and environmental initiatives. Prior roles include NZUP Delivery Improvement Manager with Fletcher Construction and Branch Manager of Brian Perry Civil, where Matthew was instrumental in leading complex projects and enhancing operational performance. Matthew holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Pavements from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Sustainability Resource Engineering from The University of Auckland.
