Edith Gomero is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Sr. Food Scientist at Baldwin Richardson Foods since December 2017. Previously, Edith held multiple engineering roles at Kraft Foods Group from May 2007 to August 2015, where responsibilities included leading projects for the reformulation of dry packaged desserts, developing shelf-stable pasta meal kits, and managing the commercialization of new marshmallow flavors. Edith holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
