Mike Bryant is an experienced professional in the hospitality and operations management sectors, currently serving as the General Manager at Brewhouse & Kitchen since February 2022. Previous roles include Landscape Gardener at Outdoor Designs, Test & Trace Case Handler at Sitel, and Operations Manager at Ojo Rojo in Bournemouth. From April 2017 to October 2019, Mike held the position of General Manager at Be At One Cocktail Bars, and prior to that, worked as Bar & Events Manager at 1812 Lounge Bar & Restaurant.
