Dan Kaufman currently serves as a Technical Sales Representative at Brewery Direct, LLC and Traynor's Bakery Wholesale Ltd. since January 2023. Previously, Dan worked as a Brewer at Bench Brewing Company, where the focus was on fermentation, wort preparation, and packaging from April 2022 to January 2023. Dan's experience also includes serving as Operations Manager in the brewing industry from May 2019 to October 2022 and as Retail & Media Manager at Northern Maverick Brewing Co. from September 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, Dan was the Director of Photography at Dan Kaufman Studio from June 2011 to September 2017. Dan holds degrees in Photography and Advertising/Marketing from Sheridan College, completed between 2006 and 2008.
