Ryan Farrell, CPCC, has extensive experience in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as Vice President of Staff Development at the Brewers Association since January 2007, Ryan has held various HR roles including HR Director and HR Manager, overseeing employee benefits and performance reviews. In addition, Ryan is the Executive Coach and Founder of Stouthearted Coaching & Consulting, a position held since November 2021. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from William & Mary between 2001 and 2004.
