Scott Stephen is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and executive chef roles. Currently serving as the Kitchen Manager at BrewDog's DogTap Ellon since August 2022, Scott previously held the position of Executive Chef at Banchory Lodge Hotel Ltd. from November 2018 to November 2021.
