Scott Stephen is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and executive chef roles. Currently serving as the Kitchen Manager at BrewDog's DogTap Ellon since August 2022, Scott previously held the position of Executive Chef at Banchory Lodge Hotel Ltd. from November 2018 to November 2021. With a career spanning over a decade, Scott has demonstrated expertise in menu design, stock control, food purchasing, and staff development, working across various establishments including Banchory Lodge Hotel and The Dunavon House Hotel. Scott completed S.V.Q level 3 in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Hospitality Training Aberdeen from 2000 to 2002.
