Rich Spencer is an experienced professional in the hospitality and music industries, currently serving as General Manager at BrewDog since November 2017. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Assistant Bars Manager at Union Southampton and Deputy General Manager at schuh. Rich's earlier experience includes being a freelance session musician and solo artist from September 2012 to September 2015, as well as serving as Artistic Director for House NinetySix, where talent development and musical direction were key responsibilities. Rich earned a Bachelor of Music in Musical Performance and Production from the London Centre of Contemporary Music, completing the degree in 2013.
