Yonatan Golan is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food and alternative protein sectors. As CEO of Brevel since July 2016, Yonatan Golan has been at the forefront of innovation in alternative protein solutions. Previously, from 2012 to 2016, Yonatan Golan served as CEO and Chairman of the Board at Beshutaf Cooperative, a community-focused food cooperative with over 400 members. Yonatan Golan holds a Master's degree in Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
