Carolyn Festa has extensive experience in both the animal care and insurance industries. Since September 2018, Carolyn has held various positions at Brevard Zoo, progressing from Intern to Apprentice Keeper and currently serving as a Zookeeper. Prior to this, Carolyn worked at Brown & Brown Insurance as a Group Benefits Manager from August 2016 to April 2018, and spent over 12 years at Gallagher Benefit Services as a Benefit Consultant from February 2003 to July 2015. Additionally, Carolyn gained sales experience at Canada Life from 2000 to 2002 and worked as an Underwriter at Sun Life Financial from 1995 to 2000. Carolyn is an alumnus of Northeastern University.
