John Sadler is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in research and development, having served as the Lead R&D Engineer at Bretford since April 2014. Prior to this role, John held positions including Engineer 3 at Herman Miller and Engineering Consultant at Legrand North America. John’s career also includes significant experience at Convia, Inc., Zebra Technologies, and Cooper Lighting, where roles ranged from Electromechanical Engineer to Sr. Model Maker. In addition to practical engineering roles, John contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Oakton Community College. Educational achievements include a Model Maker Apprenticeship through Zenith Electronics Corp. and various degrees in Tool and Die & Machine Technology from Oakton College, complemented by Illinois Board Certification for Vocational Teaching in the K-12 field.
