Karine Coz Elleouet has extensive experience in public administration and water management. Since January 2010, Karine has held the position of directrice clientèle at Eau du Ponant SPL and also serves as directrice relations aux usagers et communication while being a member of the project team. Karine has contributed to Brest Métropole as 1ère adjointe au Maire since July 2020, overseeing general administration, municipal coordination, gender equality, and anti-discrimination initiatives. Additionally, Karine is a member of the Germe network for progress among managers and has been involved with the Haut Conseil de la Famille since 2016. Previous roles include ajointe au maire for early childhood policy and responsible for the Water and Sanitation Department at Brest Métropole from 2006 to 2020, as well as co-president of the Réseau Français des Villes Educatrices from 2014 to 2017. Karine holds a diplôme d'ingénieur in environmental engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Limoges and is a certified territorial chief engineer since 1998.
