Emmanuelle Ollivier has extensive experience in economic promotion, event management, and public relations, currently serving as Responsable service Promotion économique et Animations at Brest Métropole. In this role since March 2019, Emmanuelle oversees economic development initiatives and territory animations. Previously, from November 2012 to March 2019, Emmanuelle worked as Chargée de mission Grands Evenements at the Cabinet Brest Métropole et Ville, focusing on protocol and public relations for major events. Earlier roles include communication responsibilities for the Tramway project at SemTram Brest and various positions in communication and management at different agencies, with a strong educational background in management of cultural and artistic organizations from Brest Business School and a Maîtrise in Modern Literature from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
