Dave Hikes is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Clean Room Manager at Brentwood Industries, Inc. since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance Superintendent and Plant Engineer at RM Palmer Company, and Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Engineer at Summit Steel and Manufacturing Inc. Dave has also contributed to operations as Assist Plant Manager at Ecopax Inc, and held dual roles as Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Tray-Pak Corporation from 2004 to 2017.
