Brook Thornton is an experienced mental health professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as an Outreach Coordinator at Brentwood Behavioral Health since September 2016, Brook previously worked as a Children and Youth Therapist and a Children's Clinician at Pine Belt Mental Health Care from August 2013 to September 2016 and from October 2011 to April 2013, respectively. Prior work includes a role as a Mental Health Therapist at Millcreek from May 2005 to October 2011 and as a Mental Health Counselor at Region 8 from January 2005 to May 2005. Brook holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mississippi College (2002-2004), a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Mississippi College (1999-2001), and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hinds Community College (1996-1998).
