Mindy McGinnis possesses extensive experience in management and human resources across various sectors. Since June 2018, Mindy has been the owner of Always Beachin’. Concurrently, Mindy has held the role of General Manager at Brentwood Animal Hospital since December 1996. Prior experience includes a position in human resources at Electronic Data Systems from January 1992 to May 1994, and serving as an account staffer at Coastal Emergency Service, where responsibilities included hiring and scheduling board-certified physicians for emergency rooms from February 1989 to February 1992. Mindy's career began at Pacific Eyes and Tees, where management was held from January 1986 to January 1989, overseeing a retail store.
