Rafael Avancini B. de Oliveira is an experienced professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as Supply Chain & Operations Director at Brenntag. Previously, Rafael held the position of Operations & Supply Chain Director at IHARABRAS S/A INDUSTRIAS QUIMICAS and served as Supply Chain & Operations Director for Mexico and Central America at UPL. Additionally, Rafael was Head of Operations for Latin America North at Henkel and worked as Operations Manager, Plant Manager, and EHSQ Leader at Arysta LifeScience. Rafael is currently pursuing a degree in Administração, Negócios e Marketing at IESE Business School, following a prior education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2015 to 2016.
