Ansgar Meinhard has a range of experience in the supply chain and operations management field. Ansgar started their career at Brenntag in 2010 as a Management Trainee, where they gained foundational knowledge and skills. From 2012 to 2015, Ansgar worked at 4PL Central Station Deutschland GmbH as a Supply Chain Analyst. Ansgar then returned to Brenntag and served as an Assistant Site Management from 2013 to 2015, supporting site management and leading continuous improvement projects. Ansgar then transitioned to the role of Site Operations Manager from 2015 to 2018, overseeing operations and managing employees. After that, they took on the position of Supply Chain Project Manager DACH from 2019 to 2022, focusing on logistics analyses and implementing lean methods. Currently, Ansgar works as a Project Lead Brenntag Excellence and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, leading improvement projects and facilitating the development of the Brenntag Excellence philosophy.

Ansgar Meinhard completed their education from 2004 to 2010 at Universität Siegen, where they obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. In 2006 to 2007, they also studied at the University of Borås, focusing on Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Ansgar has additionally obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ) and as a Lean Manager from Leonardo Group GmbH in 2023 and 2022, respectively.
