Waseem Aqrawi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managed services and technical support. Currently serving as a Managed Services Consultant at Brennan IT since June 2021, Waseem's previous roles include IT Support Engineer at The Ripe Group and Technical Field Engineer at IBM. Waseem has expertise in supporting contact center operations, having worked as a Systems Specialist for Telstra, managing connectivity issues at both onshore and offshore locations. Earlier experiences include significant network engineering work at ITPC, where Waseem implemented a national mobile system, and a role as System Administrator with the International Committee of the Red Cross focusing on IT infrastructure projects. Waseem holds a Master’s Degree in Wireless Telecommunication Systems from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Technology in Iraq.
