Rolando Arroyo currently serves as Network Infrastructure Administrator for the City of Brenham, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities include installing and maintaining network connectivity and managing various applications and equipment. Previously, Rolando worked as a Senior IT Technician, addressing technical issues and maintaining communication systems. Prior experience includes a role as Cap II Supervisor at Walmart and serving as a Communications Equipment Operator in the U.S. Army, where accountability for over $500 thousand in sensitive equipment was maintained without loss. Rolando holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems and Cybersecurity and an Associate of Science in Information Technology- Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute.
