Debra Gaffey is an experienced professional in public utilities and budget management, currently serving as the General Manager of Public Utilities for the City of Brenham since February 2007. Prior to this role, Gaffey worked as the Budget Officer for the City of Seabrook, TX, from January 2002 to January 2007, and served as a Budget Specialist at VALIC from June 1986 to July 1999, where Gaffey held the position of Director of Market Planning & Research. Debra Gaffey's educational background includes studies at the College of Charleston and the University of Kentucky.
