Anne Marie Meling began their work experience as an Internal Communications Manager at Wärtsilä in May 2011. Anne Marie then transitioned to various HR roles within the company, including HR Coordinator, HR Manager (ad interim), and Senior HR Coordinator. Anne Marie joined Bremnes Seashore in February 2015 as an HR Manager and later served as the Group HR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of HR-direktør / CHRO at Bremnes Seashore starting in January 2024.

Anne Marie Meling completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Stavanger in 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from The University of Auckland in 2006. Additionally, Anne Marie obtained another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Journalism and International Politics, from The University of Queensland in 2006 as well.
