Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in developing collaborative solutions, particularly in the educational technology sector. Currently at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the hardware development for DViT interactive whiteboards and various educational devices. Prior roles include firmware engineering at SMART Technologies, electronics contracting for the Science Alberta Foundation, and serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Chris has also worked as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, focusing on control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
