Kim Heald is the Vice President of Sales at Ansel Health since November 2022, focusing on sales and channel distribution for an innovative supplemental health care company. Prior to this role, Kim served as the Voluntary Benefits National Practice Leader at NFP from May 2019 to November 2022, where efforts were concentrated on establishing a Voluntary Benefit Center of Excellence. From November 2014 to May 2019, Kim was the Sales Director at the National Benefits Group of America, driving growth in the voluntary benefits sector through strategic relationships. Previous experience includes positions with Colonial Life, Navera, Sun Life Financial, USI Insurance Services, and ADP, with notable achievements such as multiple Presidents Club awards and recognition as the #1 Alliance Manager nationally in 2008. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UCLA, earned in 1996.
