Yusra Mohideen

Technical Support Specialist at Brella

Yusra Mohideen has been working in the customer service industry since 2008. Yusra began their career as a Customer Service Representative with National Development Bank PLC (NDB). In 2011, they joined GT Nexus as an Associate Manager - Client Service Specialist, where they led and supervised a team of Customer Service Department staff, provided direction, guidance and communication to team members, and worked continually toward service improvement. Yusra also served as a Customer Service Representative at GT Nexus, where they interacted and managed customer inquiries or complaints over the phone and through email, responded to customer inquiries and/or complaints in a timely manner, and identified and prioritized problem cases. In 2020, they joined Hostaway as a Technical Support Specialist. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Specialist at Brella since 2022.

Yusra Mohideen attended London Business School from 2010 to 2011 and obtained a degree in Marketing. Yusra then attended American College of Higher Education from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational behaviour. In November 2022, Yusra obtained a certification in Event Matchmaking & Networking from Brella.
