Linoy Karmona has a diverse work experience in the field of design and content management. Linoy currently works as a Product Designer at Breeze since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head Of Design program and Lecturer at Xtra 讗拽住讟专讗 from March 2022. Linoy also worked as a Product Designer at DriftSense from February 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as a Content Manager at IT Central Station, where they represented the company at international Tech Conferences and conducted customer interviews for marketing purposes.

From 2019 to 2021, Linoy Karmona attended Netcraft Academy, where they studied Digital Design UX/UI.
