Alana Gatchell serves as the Closings/Collections Manager at Breeze since January 2022. Previously, Alana worked at Artemis Lifestyles from August 2015 to December 2021, initially as the Estoppel/Deeds Manager, where responsibilities included reviewing Community Association documents and executing estoppels based on those documents, budgets, and contracts. Alana also held the position of Collections Agent, managing a strict collection process that involved sending notices, filing liens under attorney supervision, creating payment plans, and recording various legal documents. Alana received education from Valencia College.
