Shay Collins has been in the workforce since 2012. Shay began their career as a Customer Service Representative II at the Texas Department of Public Safety. In 2014, they moved on to Palm Beach Tan, where they held the roles of Business Manager and Assistant Store Manager. In 2018, they became an Executive Assistant at Turnage Wealth Management. Finally, in 2019, they joined Allstate as a Sales Account Manager. In this role, Shay managed a portfolio of accounts, communicated sensitive and confidential technical information, generated new business, supervised account representatives, improved quality processes, resolved problems, set and tracked sales account targets, monitored sales metrics, and suggested actions to improve sales performance. In 2021, Shay began working as a Licensed Customer Success Agent at Breeze.
Shay Collins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from West Texas A&M University College of Business, where they studied Business Administration with a Concentration in Computer Information Systems and Decision Management from 2020 to 2022. Shay also holds an Associate of Arts - AA from Northwest Vista College, where they studied Business/Corporate Communications from 2013 to 2015. In addition, Shay Collins holds a Certified Insurance Consultant License (Life & Health), Individual from the Texas Department of Insurance, and a Texas General Lines Agent: Life, Accident, Health and HMO, Property and Casualty from the Texas Department of Insurance.
