Giancarlo Morales has a diverse background in aircraft maintenance and management. Giancarlo began their career at Lufthansa Technik in 2017 as an Aircraft Mechanic and later became a Team Lead Manager at the Landing Gear station. Giancarlo then worked at Draken International as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) before joining Breeze AirwaysTM in 2021, where they currently hold the position of Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician.

Giancarlo Morales holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance Management and Operations from Everglades University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned an A&P license in Airframe & Powerplant Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from National Aviation Academy from 2019 to 2020. In 2014 to 2017, Giancarlo attended updates for freshers Jobs, where they studied Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Embraer ERJ 190/195 family GenFam certification from Embraer in October 2021, the Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in March 2020, and the Marine Radio Operator Permit from the Federal Communications Commission in May 2019. Giancarlo also holds certifications in NEO Engine Gen Fam from Pratt & Whitney and Airbus A320 family GenFam from Airbus, obtained in August 2018 and December 2017, respectively.
