Andrew Nelson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, finance, and private equity. Currently a Partner at Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC since January 2019, Andrew has led legal counsel on over 50 transactions exceeding $20 billion, including a diverse range of industries such as energy and healthcare. Prior experience includes partnerships at Martin LLP, Sidley Austin LLP, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, as well as an associate position at Lord Day & Lord. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
