Hector Sandoval is an experienced business leader currently serving as Managing Director at BredenMaster, a leading frozen bakery company in Latin America since May 2016. Previously, Hector held several key positions at Alianza Team from March 2009 to May 2016, including Country Manager for Team Mexico and Vice President of New Product Development, overseeing a team of 35 across Chile, Mexico, and Colombia. Prior to Alianza Team, Hector served as Business Innovation Director at Codon Devices, a biotech start-up, and held various managerial roles at DuPont Bio Based Materials and Arthur D. Little. Hector began their career as a Marketing Analyst at Monsanto Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
