Tracy Fountain is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and internal auditing. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at BREC since May 2022, Tracy previously held the role of Director of Finance at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System from March 2017 to May 2022. Tracy's auditing expertise was further developed during roles at Albemarle Corporation as Internal Audit Manager and CHAN HEALTHCARE as Senior Internal Audit Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing audit processes and presenting findings to the Audit Committee. Additionally, Tracy's career includes positions in financial management and auditing with notable organizations such as the State of Louisiana, The Shaw Group, Noble Energy, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Community Coffee.
