Additionally, Debbie has worked as an attorney with experience in commercial litigation and corporate reorganizations. Debbie holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
