Patrick Conley is a seasoned professional in research and insights, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Breakwater Strategy since January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Program Associate at the International Republican Institute, focusing on Africa from September 2021 to December 2022, and a Grant Management Intern at Search for Common Ground in late 2020. Additional experience includes a position as Research Assistant at the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition in 2018. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and African Diaspora Studies from Kenyon College, complemented by studies at the University of Ghana.
