Ryan LaSalle-Castro is an experienced professional in the field of research and innovation, currently serving as Associate Director, Innovation at Breakthrough Research since March 2018. Prior roles at Breakthrough Research include Senior Innovation Manager, Research Manager, and Research Associate, as well as an internship. Prior to this, Ryan LaSalle-Castro worked as a Research Assistant at REACH Lab from August 2014 to December 2018 and served as Manager at Muscle Mechanics from January 2013 to February 2017. Additionally, Ryan LaSalle-Castro has experience as a Crisis Counselor at CSUN Helpline between April 2014 and September 2016. Educational background includes a Master's degree in General Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both obtained from California State University, Northridge, with degrees completed in 2018 and 2015, respectively.
