Gagan Sandhu is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and scaling engineering teams and innovative products. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Xillion, Gagan focuses on developing a financial co-pilot for Gen Y and Z, addressing gaps in service for non-super-wealthy individuals. Gagan's previous roles include Engineering Leader at Square, Director of Software Engineering at Weebly, and Head of Data Engineering at Atlassian, where significant contributions to team culture and product development were made. Gagan's career began with a foundation in manufacturing engineering before transitioning to software engineering, culminating in an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and advanced degrees in industrial and mechanical engineering.
