Carmen Chapell Elkin is a Senior Program Manager at Breaking Barriers, leading a team of 16 to achieve education, training, and employment outcomes for refugees in London. Carmen has a background in project management and marketing, with experience at companies such as Palladium, Hot Pot Digital, and TongDigital. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Migration, Mobility, and Development from SOAS University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies from The University of Manchester. Carmen also completed a language program in Chinese at East China Normal University.
