Nichelle Early has been President and CEO of BreakForth Solutions, Inc. (BSI) since 2014. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Program Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2006 to 2014, where they managed four multi-million dollar technical O&M programs for IC government customers, served as Enterprise Resource Manager, and managed the Joint Duty Assignment Program within the OSC/HCM. From 2004 to 2006, they were Training and Development Manager at SSI Services.

Nichelle Early obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University between 1995 and 1999. In 2015, they completed a Masters Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University. In 2007, they obtained the ITIL V. 3 certification, and they are also a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
