Rebecca Kelley has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, having served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Services at Brazosport Independent School District since March 2008. Prior to that, Rebecca worked as a Staff Accountant at Null-Lairson P.C. where Rebecca provided audit and assurance services for various governmental entities. Rebecca holds a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
