Andressa Brolacci Lamana is an experienced professional in Human Resources, Communications, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and Sustainability. Since June 2016, Andressa has served as Chief DHO at CBA | Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio, after holding the position of General Manager DHO & HSE at Votorantim Metais from March 2014 to June 2016. Previous roles include Human Resources and Legal Director at Chassis Brakes International Brasil and Human Resources Manager at Robert Bosch Limitada. Andressa began a career at Robert Bosch Limitada in a legal advisory capacity. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Development from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
