Aditi Subramaniam is a highly qualified professional in the field of infant and early childhood mental health, currently serving as the Director of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Policy at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) since June 2019. Aditi leads an initiative aimed at enhancing the infant mental health workforce and improving service access for families with children aged birth to five. Aditi's expertise is further demonstrated through roles as a Fellow at ZERO TO THREE, Faculty in the Fellowship in Early Relational Health at UMass Chan Medical School, and a National Trainer for the Brazelton Touchpoints Center. Aditi holds multiple relevant degrees, including a Master's in Expressive Therapies and Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance Movement Therapy from Lesley University, and extensive experience in various organizations dedicated to early childhood mental health and education.
