Sarah Dionisio has extensive experience in program management and customer onboarding, currently serving as a Program Manager for Partner Operations and Program Management at Braze since March 2022, after progressing through roles including Senior Customer Onboarding Manager II and Senior Customer Onboarding Manager. Prior to joining Braze, Sarah worked at Softheon from April 2019 to March 2022 as a Program Manager for Government Solutions and held positions as Senior Client Executive and Client Executive. Sarah began their career as a Recruiter at Insight Global in 2018, and also gained experience as an Agency Communications Intern at New York Life Insurance Company in 2017, where skills in communication and writing were developed. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from James Madison University, with earlier education at Wagner College. Additionally, Sarah has experience as a Tennis Instructor at Eastern Athletic Club, where lessons were conducted for various age groups and skill levels.
