Kevin Bray has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as Development Coordinator at Bray Real Estate since January 2004. In this role, Kevin develops project budgets, manages site selection and acquisition, oversees consultants during predevelopment, and represents the company in replatting and rezoning processes. Additionally, Kevin has expertise in asset management sales strategies for distressed assets, partnership setup, investment group oversight, and new business development. Prior to this position, Kevin worked as an Assistant Superintendent at W.R. Layne Construction, coordinating subcontractors for commercial construction projects, and gained early experience in residential construction with Energy-Wise Construction. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder, with studies completed between 2001 and 2003.
