Henry Jodrell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Henry started their career in the British Army as a Captain before transitioning into business development roles in companies like McGregor Boyall and Acuma Solutions Ltd. Henry then joined QA Training as a National Sales Manager, overseeing a national sales team. In 2002, they co-founded BroadSkill, which was later acquired and renamed Bray Leino Learning. Henry served as the Managing Director of Bray Leino Learning until 2011. Henry also held positions in Bray Leino Limited as a Strategic Programmes Consultant and Group Director. Henry later became the Chairman of Enterprise Study Ltd, a role they held until 2019 when the company was acquired. Additionally, they founded Fenturi, a digital learning agency, and currently serves as the Chairman. Since 2011, they have also been working as a Content Director at Bray Leino Events, specializing in curating and developing technical content for strategic events and conferences in various sectors.
Henry Jodrell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography at Royal Holloway, University of London from 1986 to 1989. Following this, they pursued leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1989-1990, earning a Commission in HM Forces (The Blues and Royals).
