Selina Fredin began their work experience as a Butikssäljare at Reko barn & Liljedals väskor, where they worked from March 2016 to August 2018. Selina then moved on to work as a Butikssäljare at Lindex from October 2018 to June 2022. In April 2021, they also worked as a Kassabiträde at City Gross until November 2021. Selina then served as an HR Intern at Bilfinger Industrial Services Sweden AB from August 2021 to November 2021, and subsequently became an HR-administratör at the same company from November 2021 to June 2022. Most recently, in June 2022, Selina joined Bravura Sverige as a Recruiter.

Selina Fredin pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Kitas Gymnasium, where they focused on studies related to economics and law. After completing their education at Kitas Gymnasium, they enrolled at the University West in 2019. Selina pursued a degree in HR/personal administration and graduated in 2022 with a degree in Personalvetare.
