Hailey Pacha has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Hailey began their career as a Communications Intern at the University of Illinois Springfield Athletics in January 2016. From January 2017 to May 2017, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Illinois Capital Region.

In June 2017, Hailey joined Team Iowa Physical Therapy as a Sports Medicine Coordinator, where they worked until May 2018. Hailey then took on the role of Office Manager at the same company from June 2018 to November 2019.

In December 2019, Hailey transitioned to BravoTECH as a Care Team Coordinator. Hailey held this position for almost two years, until August 2021. Hailey then moved up to become a Technical Recruiter at the company from September 2021 to May 2023. Presently, they serve as a Technical Recruiting Lead at BravoTECH, starting in May 2023.

Hailey Pacha has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Illinois Springfield, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. During that time, they also completed a minor in Marketing from the same university, which they pursued from 2016 to 2017. In January 2019, Hailey obtained a Certificate of Leadership Development from the Oregon State University College of Business.
